The Administrative Manual for the Implementation and Disbursement of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds provides a consolidated resource of policies, processes and procedures for SLFRF-funded grant programs managed by DLG. Prior to the publication of this document, these resources were maintained in multiple places. Consolidating and indexing these resources into a single Administrative Manual will provide clarity for our partner agencies, facilitate implementation of programs, reduce the impacts of staff turnover and provide a programmatic framework in the event of future stimulus funding.
