The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) is excited to announce the release of updated Proposition 123 Fast Track guidance along with a redesigned website and two upcoming webinars.
The recently published updates to Proposition 123 Fast-Track guidance include revised statutory interpretation on the allowable extensions. The updated guidance provides an easy-to-use section outlining what is required in a Fast-Track review process to comply with Proposition 123, best practices, frequently asked questions, community examples, and more.
The updated guidance can be found on our redesigned and easier-to-navigate Fast Track website. Users can find everything related to Proposition 123 Fast Track in one place, including downloadable tools like a template resolution and self-assessment checklist.
