CDBGPF Construction Grant Application Scoring Criteria
All applications are summarized by DOLA staff with applicant input into a project summary that evaluates the merits of the grant request in line with the project scoring criteria. There are two aspects of the overall rating:
- A Base Score by which applications are evaluated and scored by the DOLA Regional Managers with program criteria on a 100-point scale, and
- A Land Use Planning Compliance Score as determined by the Community Development Offices methodology also on a 100-point scale.
These two scores will be combined such that 80% of the overall rating will be the Base Score and 20% of the overall rating will be the Land Use Compliance Score. The overall score will be calculated as follows:
Overall Score = 0.8 x (Base Score) + 0.2 x (Land Use Compliance Score)
