DOLA Grants Portal

The DOLA Grants Portal serves as a platform for communities to apply for DOLA funding, submit reimbursement requests, and upload necessary documents. To be considered for reimbursement, you must apply through the Grants Portal. If you do not yet have a Grants Portal account, instructions for setting up an account can be found below.

How to Apply for Reimbursement

  1. Access the DOLA Grants Portal.

  2. Log in with your User ID and Password.
    If you do not have an account, select “Don’t have an account” to submit a request. The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) will review and approve your request. Once your account has been approved, you may log in to the DOLA Grants Portal. If you have forgotten your User ID or password, please use the appropriate link to reset your password.
  3. Select Applications > Apply for New Funding Opportunities.

  4. Select Cardiac and Cancer Benefit Application > Apply.

  5. Complete and Submit Application.

Next Steps

Once all application steps are completed, the next phase is reimbursement payments. If your department or organization has previously received funds from DOLA, no further action is required—your information is already set up in the CORE system. If your department or organization has not received funds from the State recently, we will email you requesting a copy of your W-9.
