DOLA is publishing a first version of the first two sections of guidance for HB24-1313, the Transit Oriented Communities law. These first two sections published help provide an explanation of the purpose of the law and an overview, as well as a summary of the law’s major components. It also contains an outline of and timeline for additional sections and appendices that will be published at a later date.
