Special District Elections: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
DLG’s special district Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) page is not legal advice. Designated Election Officials (“DEOs”) should consult their district’s attorney for any relevant legal decision, and board members are advised that the DEO “renders all interpretations and initial decisions as to controversies or other matters arising out of the Local Government Election Code”, per §1-13.5-108(1), C.R.S.
