The second round of the Housing Planning Grant (HPLN) Program opens Monday, June 9, and closes Friday, July 11, 2025. Awards for HPLN Round 1 were announced on May 9, 2025, and can be found on the HPLN website.
This program offers grant funds to support housing needs assessments (HNAs), housing action plans (HAPs), and comprehensive plan elements (specifically, strategic growth & water supply).
