Program Administration

Outline the ongoing administration of the grant program.

  • Staff Responsibilities: Define the roles and responsibilities of program staff and your review/selection committee. Ensure that the selection committee and selection of grant recipients is a fair and equitable process.
  • Agreements: We recommend working with your attorney to create and obtain signed agreements with grant recipients that include the program terms, conditions, and obligations.
  • Reporting and Compliance Monitoring: Consider regular meetings with recipients to monitor  compliance with program guidelines and agreement terms. At minimum, a final report with pictures of completed work and paid invoices for reimbursement are recommended.
  • Record Keeping: Detail the requirements for maintaining records related to the grant program.
  • Amendments: State that the program guidelines may be amended as needed.
