DOLA’s New Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant Program - BRIEF SURVEY OPPORTUNITY
DOLA staff created a brief survey to request input on its upcoming Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant (ADUG) Program, which is expected to open in late summer 2025. The ADUG program will offer reimbursement-based grants to ADU Supportive Jurisdictions for activities that promote the construction of ADUs. These activities include but are not limited to, offsetting costs incurred in connection with developing pre-approved ADU plans, providing technical assistance to persons converting or constructing ADUs, or waiving, reducing, or providing financial assistance for ADU associated fees and other required costs.
Responses to this survey will help us most effectively prepare for and administer this new grant program.
Multi-law Applicability Resources Now Online!
The DOLA Multilaw Applicability interactive map makes it easy to explore where each law takes effect—whether statewide or by jurisdiction. A downloadable spreadsheet with the same information is also available.
Launched! DOLA Land Use and Housing Implementation Portal
The DOLA Land Use and Housing Implementation Portal is intended for the use of local governments to electronically submit land use and housing data to DOLA through online forms. These forms include those required for compliance with state statutes and others available for voluntary data submission.
