The Mitigation Infrastructure Assistance Program and Planning, Education, and Capacity Building Program have been launched to provide additional funding to the communities impacted by the Marshall Fire and Straight Line Wind event through the use of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR). The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), Division of Local Government (DLG) administers these competitive planning funds.
