How to File a Document
- To file a document, log into your E-filing Portal account and navigate to the local government that you would like to file for.
- Select File a Document.
- Search keywords under document type or document help to filter the list of documents your local government can file. Select the arrow icon.
- Upload your document and enter the fields for date and year.
- Select Submit Document for Division staff to review.
How to Refile a Suspended Document
If a filing has been suspended, an email will be sent with next steps. Suspended documents will be shown under Documents Needing Attention in the main tab of your local government’s record.
Make changes to refile
Select the pencil icon and upload a new document and/or change the field information. Click Submit Document.
Delete submission
Select the trash icon.
